Magellan Aerospace is a global, integrated aerospace company that provides complex assemblies and systems solutions to aircraft and engine manufacturers, and defence and space agencies worldwide. We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our IT team.

Requirements

  • Provide tier 1 and 2 support for end-users across multiple on-premises sites
  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
  • Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation for supported systems
  • Contribute to the automation of repetitive IT tasks using tools such as PowerShell or other scripting languages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system rollouts
  • Provide support for security configurations, patch management, and endpoint protection in line with company standards
  • Support the implementation and adherence to cybersecurity best practices

Requirements Summary

2+ years of experience in IT help desk or technical support role, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
