This role involves resolving hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining IT systems, and providing comprehensive technical assistance to employees. Requirements

  • Provide tier 1 and 2 support for end-users.
  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventories.
  • Contribute to automation tasks using PowerShell or scripting languages.
  • Provide support for security configurations and endpoint protection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects.
  • Support cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 2+ years IT experience, strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, networking, and ITSM tools. Must have excellent communication and analytical skills
