Requirements
- Provide tier 1 and 2 support for end-users across multiple on-premises sites
- Administer, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation for supported systems
- Contribute to the automation of repetitive IT tasks using tools such as PowerShell or other scripting languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system rollouts
- Provide support for security configurations, patch management, and endpoint protection in line with company standards
- Support the implementation and adherence to cybersecurity best practices
