Teranet is seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist to join its dynamic Operations Services Team, providing vital level 1 technical support and operational services for Data Centre systems.
Requirements
- University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience in the computing sector
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative/operations role within a 24/7 production setting
- RedHat RHCSA or equivalent, Microsoft Azure certifications, BigFix and automation experience using Ansible Tower
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, and Active Directory for effective troubleshooting
