We are looking for a ServiceNow Ing. Etudes & Dev to implement technical processes, host workshops, design and deploy technical solutions, and provide technical expertise.
Requirements
- Degree: BAC + 5 in computer science
- Minimum 2 years of significant experience in a similar position
- Functional and technical mastery of the ServiceNow product
- Mastering all ServiceNow modules, configuration, parameterization, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions
- Good mastery of ITIL best practices and Agile methodology
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and development standards
- CSA and ITSM certifications (highly appreciated)
- Mandatory mastery of French and English in writing and speaking
- Good interpersonal skills, a sense of service, an analytical and synthetic spirit
- Autonomy and great availability
