Colas Digital Solutions Maroc is seeking an Ing. Etudes & Dév ServiceNow to lead the technical implementation of processes on the ServiceNow platform and design technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bac+5 in computer science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Functional and technical mastery of ServiceNow product
- Mastery of all ServiceNow modules, configuration, parameterization, and deployment
- Good mastery of ITIL best practices and Agile methodology
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and development standards
- CSA and ITSM certifications (highly appreciated)
- Mastery of French and English (spoken and written)
- Good interpersonal skills, sense of service, analytical and synthetic spirit
- Autonomy and high level of availability
