As a Support Application Engineer, you will ensure the support of level 2 applications, implement changes, manage the backlog, and update operational documentation.

• Unix/Linux command line (RedHat environment)
• Windows server configuration
• Virtual machine configuration
• Docker configuration
• Application servers (Tomcat, Nginx...)
• Database configuration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle...)
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell
• Continuous integration with GitLab CI / Jenkins
• Monitoring tools
• Good communication and writing skills
• Good knowledge of Agile and ITIL methods
• Knowledge of change management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA/SEM, SSP, Tufin, etc.)
