We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
  • ServiceNow HRSD or ITSM Implementation Specialist – Strongly preferred
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs
  • Experience configuring workflows, business rules, Flow Designer, and platform automation
  • Hands-on experience with employee center, HR cases, lifecycle events, SLAs, and ITSM processes
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
