We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
- ServiceNow HRSD or ITSM Implementation Specialist – Strongly preferred
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, Flow Designer, and platform automation
- Hands-on experience with employee center, HR cases, lifecycle events, SLAs, and ITSM processes
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
