We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intermediate ServiceNow Configurator for our client. In this role, you will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Requirements
- Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide input on platform strategy and enhancements.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features; evaluate and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Requirements Summary
2-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
