Become a core part of a new ServiceNow Impact Team we are building in the UK! As an intern, you will assist the wider team by bringing ServiceNow best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university working on a relevant Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be a student for the full duration of the internship and returning to college for at least one semester following completion of the internship i.e. graduating in 2027
  • Must be available to start in May OR June 2026
  • Commit to the full-time 12 weeks (3 months) Summer internship duration
  • Experience in evaluating or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving through AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or assessing AI's potential impact
  • Passion and curiosity about technology, and a relentless hunger for learning
  • Excited by modern technological innovations such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Loves to win as a team and work efficiently in a collaborative environment
  • Committed to wowing customers, ensuring that actions contribute towards measurable value for the customer, and generating customer success stories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
