Intern - Year Round (Desktop Risk & Vulnerability Remediation)

This is a year-round, full-time, in-person (Hybrid) internship for a Desktop Risk & Vulnerability Remediation Intern. The intern will assist in maintaining, analyzing, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals to address vulnerability issues. Interns must be currently enrolled in college courses or a degree-seeking program, and provide transcripts as proof of enrollment. Responsibilities include patching workstations, investigating vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Requirements

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Document vulnerability remediation efforts using ServiceNow and track escalations.
• Ensure compliance with Navy Federal information security standards.
• Complete assignments within target deadlines.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities for improvement.
