Inventory Specialist

TekSynap is seeking a highly motivated Inventory Specialist to support Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) personnel with hardware requirements and requests. The role involves efficient review of ServiceNow portal equipment, providing support to local and regional hardware needs, monitoring stock levels, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring accountability for asset lifecycle. A strong understanding of asset management, fiscal processes, and physical inventory processes is essential.

Requirements

• Acquire and maintain a secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity.
• Ability to gain Forklift certification if local work area requires.
• Reliable transportation, company van, company golf cart or motorized vehicle.
• Minimum one year of relevant warehouse experience.
• Minimum one year of experience entering asset data and extracting reports from automated inventory systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Adobe.
• One year of ServiceNow experience.
• US Citizen
