IRIUM is seeking a professional with experience in ITIL process management and support to join their team in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of ITIL process management, ServiceNow, and JIRA, as well as experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile principles.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of ITIL process management
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA
• Complete knowledge of Dremio (SQL) and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and ELK (Kibana, Grafana)
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Mastery of Agile principles and ceremonies
• Management of integration and continuous delivery tools (CI/CD), such as GitLab, Jenkins, and DBT
• Experience with orchestrators such as Autosys, Airflow, and Reflections
• Knowledge of Unix (Shell scripting)
• Experience in production networks (virtual IPs, proxies, firewalls, microsegmentation)
• Management of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
