IT Administrator (m/w/d)

The role supports IT operations across German and Austrian locations, covering device support, software/system support, network fundamentals, user management, and project work. The company focuses on high-quality plant-based fats and oils produced through state-of-the-art methods.

Requirements

• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems, applications and software updates.
• Troubleshooting network connectivity problems and configuring network devices.
• User management, including user registration, device provisioning/recovering.
• Creation and maintenance of SOPs and knowledge base articles.
• Procurement coordination with BT-Suppliers and MSPs.
• Ticketing system management (ServiceNow).
• Project participation in BT infrastructure projects.
