IT Analyst, AUDS

Duke University's IT Operations and AUDS (Office of Information Technology) is seeking an IT Analyst to provide technical computing support to the University Community. This role involves supporting academic departments, classrooms, research labs, and administrative units. The Analyst will ensure reliable technical support, managing server administration, troubleshooting hardware and software, and contributing to system maintenance.

Requirements

• Associate degree (Computer Science or related field preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years operational and technical experience in a medium to large-scale client/server environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Smartphone with call and text capabilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
