- Fortinet Certifications (or working towards)
- Strong technical knowledge of IT
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ITSM/ITIL applications (ServiceNow)
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
