The IT Application Support role involves managing IT systems (ERP, CRM, Azure AD), developing innovative solutions, optimizing administration, supporting digital transformation, and creating PowerBI structures and reports. Responsibilities include defining and creating evaluations and interfaces, documenting user enablement, and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in IT administration and application support
• Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (preferably ZOHO CRM)
• Sound knowledge of configuration, customization, and integration of applications
• Very good knowledge of data modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team skills, very good conceptual and rhetorical skills, presentation talent, as well as planning and organizational skills
• Process and methodology skills
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Very good German skills (preferably additionally good English skills)
