IT Application Support Specialist

FWD Group is seeking an IT Application Support Specialist to join their team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level incident resolution, troubleshooting, and support for FWD's applications and systems. The role requires a strong understanding of ITIL principles, knowledge of MS Office applications, and experience in production support. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in insurance application support.

Requirements

• 4-year course degree in Computer Science, B.S. in Information Technology or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance application / production support
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• ITIL principles knowledge
• Relevant certification such as PSM, ITIL, Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure Developer, AWS/Azure practitioner...etc.)
• Ability to work on-call/remote and be flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment
