Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on enterprise application management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing application support teams.
- Extensive experience with enterprise applications such as Workday, Coupa, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Box, Salesforce, and SAP S4/HANA.
