IT Applications Manager, Warehouse Management Systems

The IT Applications Manager for Warehouse Management Systems will oversee the operations of the WMS technology team, lead prioritization and backlog review meetings, and continuously look for opportunities to improve existing functionality.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or commensurate work experience
• 5+ years of direct management experience over technical resources
• 10+ years of experience in information technology
• 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting warehouse management systems
• Expertise in Business Requirements Analysis, Resource Management, Warehouse Management Technologies, Leadership & People Management, Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Logistics and Supply Chain Concepts, WMS peripherals, Labor Management, Mobile Device Management, ServiceNow, Microsoft DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Project Management, Excel/PowerPoint, Presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of Web Services/SOA, Enterprise Architecture, Asset Management, Database Technologies, Transact SQL, Infrastructure Concepts
