IT Asset / Inventory Manager

This IT Asset/Inventory Manager role focuses on ensuring accurate tracking of network assets, managing hardware reservations, and conducting inventory analysis. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow and Splunk software. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 3 days remote.

Requirements

• Proficiency of ServiceNow and Splunk software to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of network assets
• Responsible for inbound logistics, inventory control and inventory analysis
• Own hardware reservations and equipment deliveries
• Proper documentation of inventory, accurate status, identification and research, and correction of errors within systems and reports
• Oversee the successful execution and proper system updates of all inventory transactions
• Develop business insights based on inventory analysis
• Reconcile inventory and stock levels (spares) and identify shortages that accurate stock is adequate
• Liaise with vendors and MS counterparts on hardware delivery statuses
• Hybrid role with expectation of on-site presence 3 days per week
