ASOS is looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst to join their Digital User Experience team. The role involves daily management of tech-related hardware and software, asset governance, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in Software and Hardware Asset Management
- Experience with Joiners, Movers, Leavers process and other core Asset Management processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Products, Adobe and other Tier 1 vendors
- Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management
- ITIL Foundations v3 certification a plus
- Experience with ITSM & SAM toolsets is required, and any knowledge of ServiceNow & Snow Software will be beneficial
- Strong Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, PIVOT)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
