The IS&T Asset Management Analyst provides data and process analysis in all aspects of the asset management process, including hardware asset lifecycle from request to disposal and assisting in converting the output of the data analysis into executive dashboard and presentation views.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in information technology processes
- 1 year experience in computer operations
- Intermediate to advanced level excel skills
- Experience with ITSM database tools ex: (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
- High level familiarity with ITSM processes
- Strong Experience with excel and working with data sets
- Experience with ServiceNow’s asset management module
- Proficiency with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation capability
- Experience in business process management, including writing processes, and process improvement plans
- Experience with other configuration management tools such as SCCM, Splunk, Qualys, etc
- Visio experience
- Asset management software experience
