IT Asset Management Analyst, Jr

Responsible for the entire lifecycle management of our IT assets, from acquisition and deployment to maintenance, optimization, recovery, and eventual disposal. Ensures IT infrastructure is used efficiently and cost-effectively while adhering to all relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT asset management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management
• Experience with CMDB and asset discovery tools
• Experience with software license management tools
• Strong project management skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft/Office365 applications
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate math skills
• A demonstrated mastery of industry leading tools in SIEM, EDR, and CSPM
