We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset Management Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The role involves tracking, managing, and optimizing IT assets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation within the Dangote group. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
ITIL Foundation, CMDB, or related certifications (a plus)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Asset Management
Proficiency in ITAM tools, such as ServiceNow
Knowledge of IT asset types (servers, workstations, etc.)
Familiarity with ITIL processes (asset & configuration management)
Understanding of vendor contracts, SLAs, and procurement
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
