IT Asset Management ITAM Engineer

We are seeking an IT Asset Management ITAM Engineer to join our team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM processes and applications. You will work closely with IT infrastructure, operations, and security teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Operations, with a focus on ServiceNow ITOM solutions
• Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM
• Excellent understanding of IT operations and governance, including ITSM processes
• Experience with ITOM, ITAM and ITSM processes and frameworks
• ServiceNow certifications or equivalent industry experience
