The IT Asset Management Program Manager is responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of the global IT asset management program at Black & Veatch. This role involves developing strategic plans to advance the maturation of the D&IT Asset Management function and leading its transformation.

Requirements

  • 12+ years related experience
  • Bachelors of Business Administration or related field
  • Certifications in ServiceNow, SAM, ITAM, ITIL, ITSM preferred
  • Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow, ensuring license compliance, and managing multi-million-dollar assets
  • Strong strategic planning skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve complex IT issues, and evolve capabilities
