IT Asset Manager

We are seeking an IT Hardware/Software Asset Manager to shape our End User Computer and Infrastructure asset management process. The position is a highly visible role and a key member of the ISS STOXX Information Technology team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience in HW/SW asset management and vendor management, in a leadership/manager capacity
• Working knowledge of ITIL required. Foundation certification desired
• Experience in using ServiceNow, Asset Sonar or Lansweeper as asset management tools an advantage
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and conceptual skills
• Positive attitude and experience with motivating a team
• Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, including flexibility in working hours to support employees and customers across multiple time zones
• Expertise in building reports using proprietary reporting tools. Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, and complete Excel
