Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows Operating System
• Basic knowledge of Computer Network
• Basic knowledge of Office 365
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Services (Active Directory, SCCM)
• Basic knowledge of Virtualization environments (Azure, VMware, Hype-V, Citrix)
• Basic knowledge of E-mail services on premise, cloud and hybrid (Exchange and Office 365)
• Basic knowledge of Office Package (reports; dashboards)
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow tool
