Requirements
- Elaborate and prioritize details in backlog items
- Maintain and groom the Jira board & associated backlog
- Translate user issues and business needs into product backlog items
- Provide metrics and data to reflect squad progress and status
- Collaborate with PO and squad on backlog item refinement
- Work closely with LES and delivery teams to leverage IT resources
- Partner with PO and stakeholders to incorporate feedback into the backlog
- Create documentation for stakeholders and/or provide information for others to create documentation
- Act as proxy product owner when delegated
- Work with engineers & peers to communicate status, escalate roadblocks and work with support teams to perform as needed troubleshooting
