The IT Business Applications Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization's business enterprise platforms, optimizing and meeting evolving business needs. This role involves operational, strategic, and vendor management to ensure the effective use and support of enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• Implement and maintain business enterprise solutions including HRFISCM, service management systems, project management systems, content management systems, and collaboration platforms
• Train and guide end-users on the effective use of business applications
• Ensure applications comply with best practices, enterprise architecture standards, governance programs, and cybersecurity policies
• Manage vendor engagements for business applications support and services
• Investigate and resolve application incidents in compliance with organizational policies
