Requirements
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
- Strong ServiceNow skills and understanding of capabilities & functionalities, focus on Customer Service Management, IT Service Management
- Good knowledge of Process management and translation into technical requirements
- Familiarity with development lifecycle (demand management, solution design, test management)
- Knowledge with agile development methodologies (e.g. SAFe) is a plus
- Fluent in English; good German language skills
