The IT Business Solutions Manager will oversee and support a portfolio of applications, implement and support solutions, and lead projects to adapt and implement centralized systems. The role requires collaboration with team members, external service providers, and contractors, and involves working with business stakeholders and D&IT partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the IT discipline with 3+ of those years in IT Management of Business Solutions/Application teams
- ERP & Salesforce Automations experience is a must
- Good knowledge on SQL Data Query, Analytics and Visualization using PowerBI
- B2B / B2C solutions (Online Sales, Loyalty, and payment systems, consumer engagement)
- Good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry
- Application Knowledge in ServiceNow
- Experience in at least 2 of the following new technology trends: Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBi, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Data Lake and Data Warehouse technologies
- Business requirements analysis & process documentation
- Good financial and budgetary understanding
- Previous working experience with Agile / Hybrid Project management methodologies (medium to large scale projects)
- Excellent Business relationship management capabilities
- Proven Digital & E-commerce experience/knowledge would be a huge asset
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, backed by strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to recent technologies and rapidly changing environments, commitment to ongoing professional development, and staying updated with industry trends
