Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred or a related field.
  • 2+ years in IT operations, IT service management, or technical support roles
  • Experience with monitoring and reporting tools (e.g., Splunk, Power BI)
  • Proficiency with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
  • Understanding of ITIL practices (incident, problem, change, and configuration management)
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud platform and associated management tools such as AWS Cloudwatch
