IT&D Manager - Solution Architect - SPM

Requirements

• Accountable for the ServiceNow product architecture, security & health within Reckitt (with focus on Strategic Portfolio Management module)
• As a core member of the Reckitt ServiceNow team, contribute to the Reckitt product strategy to ensure to align the ServiceNow platform capabilities to the business strategy & the ServiceNow roadmap.
• Responsible to enable the product roadmap - working with Reckitt ServiceNow product manager and platform team, Reckitt ITSM Global Process owners, & other product & platform owners within Reckitt.
• Technical leadership of the ServiceNow product within Reckitt – including the creation of reusable components (Eg: APIs), associated automations & integrations to ensure the tools remain fit for use.
• Strong individual who can collaborate with senior stakeholders within Reckitt, influence other product line and platform roadmaps & enable the right things for Reckitt.
• Drive continual improvements with ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
