Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services. The IT Deployment Engineer LIMS will provide 1st and 2nd Line Support for the European network of clinical diagnostics laboratories, focusing on the core Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Requirements
- Register, classify, route, follow-up and resolve requests via email or ticketing system.
- Become an expert in the LIMS Application and functionality and provide training to end users.
- Attend on-site deployments to configure LIMS processes alongside laboratory staff.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Application, hardware or Cloud infrastructure problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions in Eurofins IT Service Management Tool (ServiceNow, BMC Helix).
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements Summary
