This role focuses on IT support for Vertiv users at the E&I Ras Al Khaimah facility in the EMEA region. The position involves managing and administering IT infrastructure, resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and contributing to the implementation of new technologies. Responsibilities include user training, hardware maintenance, and IT governance. The role is essential to ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or similar technical roles
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, LogMeIn)
  • Hands-on experience with desktop OS deployment, MDM solutions, and software distribution tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Requirements Summary
