Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM), AVD, and endpoint compliance frameworks
  • Ability to track and report compliance metrics and ensure proper enrollment, monitoring, and remediation across virtual and physical endpoints
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team and establish and maintain business relationships with internal staff and external service providers
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service and develop and follow standardized processes to ensure quality outcomes
