Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM), AVD, and endpoint compliance frameworks
- Ability to track and report compliance metrics and ensure proper enrollment, monitoring, and remediation across virtual and physical endpoints
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team and establish and maintain business relationships with internal staff and external service providers
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service and develop and follow standardized processes to ensure quality outcomes
