Grant Thornton is seeking a IT Field Desktop Technician to support employees in a fast-paced, billable environment. This role is the first point of contact for new clients regarding IT support and requires 100% laptop uptime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with troubleshooting, hardware repair, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a hybrid position requiring Monday-Thursday in-office work.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in field service support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating systems
  • Strong Knowledge of Office products
  • Knowledge of Remedy or ServiceNow ticket systems
  • Established laptop hardware experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
