Grant Thornton is seeking a IT Field Desktop Technician to support employees in a fast-paced, billable environment. This role is the first point of contact for new clients regarding IT support and requires 100% laptop uptime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with troubleshooting, hardware repair, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a hybrid position requiring Monday-Thursday in-office work.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent education and experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in field service support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating systems
- Strong Knowledge of Office products
- Knowledge of Remedy or ServiceNow ticket systems
- Established laptop hardware experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
