Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Self-Motivated IT Field Service Technician, a Second Level / Tier 2 position. The role involves providing in-person and remote desktop support for local and nationwide clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and communicating technical concepts to IT staff. The ideal candidate will be open-minded and a change agent, contributing to a dynamic and rapidly growing scientific company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Desktop Support experience
- 1+ year of Help Desk/IT support experience
- 1+ year of Knowledge Management experience
- 1+ year of ServiceNow experience
- Intermediate troubleshooting of Windows OS’s (Win10, Win11)
- Intermediate troubleshooting of hardware, UPS’s, installing workstations
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and VPN
- Troubleshooting for Citrix, VMWare, and remote access
