The IT Field Technician will work onsite at customer locations to support and maintain the technology used by customers. The role involves troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation of systems, including server support, laptop support, network infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 environments. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Collaboration with both customers and functional teams is essential.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- MS-900 or equivalent experience.
- Google Workspace Administrator or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Apple computer hands-on experience is a plus.
- Experience working directly with end-users.
- Experience working in ServiceNow Ticketing system is a plus.
