The role contributes to a cross-functional IT communications team, producing documentation and supporting enterprise architecture and IT governance initiatives. The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a government suitability clearance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years in Federal IT governance, program management, strategic planning, or enterprise operations.
  • Proven ability to manage and enhance governance frameworks, align IT initiatives with business strategy, and implement process improvements.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale change initiatives, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in federal IT governance policies, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with federal IT reporting frameworks, including CPIC and TBM.
  • Experience working with dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
