They are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a team-based environment.

Requirements

  • Hands-on IT support experience (1–2 years)
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Admin basics under Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune Admin Center
  • Experience fixing issues with Windows and Mac OS laptops, desktops, network printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Task-juggling ability
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshservice, ServiceNow)
  • Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment (a plus)
  • Healthcare/regulated work experience (bonus)
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting
