Requirements

• Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022 - AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File Server), Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat - basic administration)
• Device and User Management: SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure AD
• Networks and Security: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, Corporate Wi-Fi, Basic knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortigate)
• Virtualization and Cloud: Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS basics), AWS (desired), Cloud backup
• Tools and Automation: ITSM (ServiceNow or similar), PowerShell, Bash, Remote access tools
• Asset Management and Governance: Inventory with Intune, SCCM, ServiceNow, Licence control
• Google Workspace, Office 365 (administration, Exchange Online, Teams), Network printers, scanners, Basic knowledge of ITIL and COBIT
