We are seeking an IT Manager Europe to lead our IT operations across all European locations. The successful candidate will be accountable for operational excellence, consistent service delivery, and fostering strong collaboration across regions to ensure Spin Master's global technology ecosystem runs seamlessly.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and Windows 10/11 endpoint management
- Strong grasp of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and identity/access management
- Experienced with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Solid understanding of network basics — VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and endpoint connectivity
- Skilled in hardware lifecycle management, ideally with Lenovo devices
- Working knowledge of E5 security, compliance, and conditional access
- Proficient in Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration
- Comfortable using remote support tools (e.g., ConnectWise) for distributed environments
