Eurofins Scientific is seeking a self-motivated IT Field Service Technician to provide in-person support in the field for local and nationwide customers. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues and acting as a remote bridge when on-site support is needed. The technician must be open-minded, a change agent, and able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Desktop Support experience
  • 1+ yr. Help Desk Support experience
  • 1+ yr. Knowledge Management experience
  • 1+ yr. ServiceNow experience
  • Intermediate troubleshooting and repair skills for Windows OS's
  • Intermediate troubleshooting and repair skills for MS Office and cloud solutions
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
