IT Operation Expert

BENTELER is seeking a hands-on IT Operation Expert to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across both office and production environments. The role involves providing support for software and hardware, handling service desk tickets, and maintaining robust infrastructure. Collaboration with the IT OPS Team is key to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Shop Flor Apps (e.g. MES) and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of network standards and virtualization operations.
