IT Operations Analyst II will carry out day-to-day IT operations and support operations for end users, managing end user calls, desk side support, and server/network administration.
Requirements
- Good experience with Windows Operating systems – Windows 10 / 11
- Installation, Configuration, Administration, SW/Application Maintenance (patching, upgrading,...), Troubleshooting, ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: IP Phone setup, PC backup, Microsoft Active directory
