IT Operations Analyst III

Sealed Air is seeking a skilled IT Operations Systems Analyst - CMDB and Asset Life Cycle Management to join their IT Infrastructure and Operations team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate hardware asset data, ensuring efficient hardware inventory management, and supporting decision-making related to hardware replacement and lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to improve processes and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT asset management, CMDB maintenance, or IT operations
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNOW and a strong understanding of CMDB tables, asset records, discovery tools, and reporting functions.
• Familiarity with IT hardware lifecycle concepts, including warranty coverage, refresh cycles, and end-of-life (EOL) tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality with a methodical approach to investigation and problem resolution.
• Ability to build and interpret reports using tools like ServiceNOW Performance Analytics, Excel, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
