The IT Operations Business Manager will act as the strategic and operational bridge between Infrastructure Operations and senior business stakeholders, delivering clear, data-driven reporting and ensuring operational initiatives are aligned with enterprise priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT operations, service delivery, or infrastructure management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Demonstrable experience in reporting, data visualisation, and performance tracking
- Familiarity with ITIL, service management tooling (e.g. ServiceNow), and governance processes
