EOLEN, a consulting engineering and IT company, is seeking an IT Operations Pilot Technician to strengthen its teams. The role involves proactive surveillance of computer infrastructures, ensuring the proper functioning of server, network, and backup environments, and contributing to the quality of service delivered to users.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Windows (W7/10), Unix/Linux, Citrix environments
- Knowledge of the Service Desk environment managed by SLA
- Mastery or good familiarity with the following tools: Monitoring: Zabbix, Logic Monitor, Thruk, $U, ControlM, Ticketing / ITSM: ServiceNow, Backup: Tivoli Storage Manager (TMC), Collaborative tools: Active Directory, Office 365, VNC, telephone, webchat
- Diploma in computer science (BTS SIO or equivalent)
- First experience in IT operations or call center
- Analytical spirit, rigor, and ability to manage priorities in a constantly changing environment
- Good writing, speaking, and communication skills
- Fluent French - Professional English (spoken, written, and spoken)
