EOLEN is seeking an IT Operations Pilot Technician to strengthen its teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive monitoring of computer infrastructures, ensuring the good functioning of server, network, and backup environments, and contributing to the quality of service delivered to users.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Windows (W7/10), Unix/Linux, Citrix environments
- Knowledge of the Service Desk environment managed by SLA
- Master or good familiarity with the following tools: Supervision: Zabbix, Logic Monitor, Thruk, $U, ControlM; Ticketing / ITSM: ServiceNow; Backup: Tivoli Storage Manager (TMC); Collaborative tools: Active Directory, Office 365, VNC, telephony, webchat
